Rajesh Trivedi, comes with over a decade of corporate experience. Rajesh was associated with Cadila Healthcare Ltd, Fortis Healthcare Ltd, Hutchison Essar ltd and before he decided to venture out and become an entrepreneur he headed HR at Boehringer Ingelheim.
During his corporate stints he was involved with organizations in start-up phases hence has worked extensively on designing of organization structure, establishing HR Strategies and process, establishing organization culture and values.
Payal is involved in the width and breadth of Systemic Change, Leadership Development, Coaching and Facilitation of Diversity Management.
She work with CXOs, Founders, Board of directors and Women Leaders; to help them prepare to be future-ready. Be it a large corporate, a family run business, a MNC, Government run organizations she feels privileged to facilitate organizational change journeys.) The work she does has acquired the interest of Industries like manufacturing, media, printing, IT, education, FMCG, real estate, insurance, healthcare, social and legal Organizations. She believes that using self as an instrument of change is the key to facilitate any change process.
